I believe it is important to offer a personal and professional service to our customers. AmF Training began because as the founder I felt I could offer a personal, professional approach to the training needs within the Nursing/Care sector.
The staff working within the Nursing/Care sector are, I believe, our biggest resource. Current research indicates that staff retention and therefore overall costs become more stable when staff are developed as individuals.
I have worked in the health care sector since 1986 and have seen many changes. I believe that it is important for training providers to work together with employers and the authorities to ensure care delivery continues to improve and accommodate all the changes as they occur.
I am a registered nurse with training and assessing qualifications against others and these have helped me to develop important skills in organisation, team building and management.
