1. Courses must be booked 10 days before start date and fees must accompany booking form.

2. Cancellations before 7 working days of the start of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the course cost. Cancellations within 7 working days of the start of the course will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the course cost.

3. If candidate does not show on course then cancellation fee is 100%.

4. If the place booked is not honoured on the day no refund will be offered.

5. In the event of AmF Training having to re-arrange the dates or location of a course, delegates who are unable to attend will be offered full refund of their course fees.

Contracts for NVQ & Distance Learning are issued separate to the above terms and conditions.
